... i thought i could change to coke zero but when i is coke zero okay for someone with diabetes??? i might have type 2 diabetes. im a little. Diet coke and coke zero is perfectly fine. any diet soda is great. it's just that regular soda has so much extra sugar that will make your blood sugar rise.. Coke zero is the only diet soft drink i've even seen for sale here in korea. though i don't know what the fast food restaurants do that serve fountain drinks by pepsi.
